Physics has provided a great many answers to some of the riddles that is the Universe and the World around us. Life tends to create many questions, conundrums, road-blocks and lessons which frustrate and anger many people, and leave others stuck in fear, anxiety and depression. A simple answer to all of this and one that will help you out of it is that many people lose connection with their true power. They are disconnected from their ability to create…and often become disconnected with the World around them. What is the source of this power? It is the network of humanity and all life and our innate ability to tap into it via our brain.
Human brains are a quantum field, meaning it emits an energy field that, in turn, affects an area that is far-reaching…maybe even beyond what we can imagine. Think of life and the Universe as a pond. Our thoughts are like pebbles, stones and boulders we can drop into the pond creating a ripple effect. These waves are then returned to us in the frequency in which they were sent out. If a large boulder was dropped in, large waves return to us. If we send out love, love is returned to us. If we send out fear and distrust, the same is returned. This is an example of the law of attraction. The key here is knowing that all of our brains have the capacity to vibrate at a higher frequency; we can elevate ourselves, our thoughts, goals, feelings, etc. This, in turn, can change our path. We literally become creators or manifesting engineers who are responsible for our own destinies.
It takes practice though, and I will tell you from personal experience, it is easy to get knocked off of one’s “creation pedestal” pretty darn quickly! I have felt like I was on-top of the World, manifesting up a storm and full of love and life, one minute, and then I have a few bad days, make a couple bad decisions and slowly and unknowingly, begin creating in a different direction. That may be one of selfishness, greed or some other negative energy. It may be old lessons that need reinforcing coming back to teach us once again. Is it humility knocking on your door? Is it authenticity, honor, staying on your path? There are countless lessons we need to face in life. If we learn the most powerful lessons, those of gratitude, forgiveness, accepting and giving love and letting go, we can move through our other lessons more gracefully. We will have a stronger keel and when we get off-course, can more easily find our way back to our path.
Having a strong support network also helps a great deal where staying on our path, or finding our way back is concerned. Friends, family and natural healthcare practitioners or counselors (secular or faith-based) may, if not too directive and interfering, be of invaluable service to assisting us in raising our frequency and becoming the best we can be. Some people refer to this as becoming our “God-Selves.”
I will caution you about a few things: There are grave threats to us vibrating at higher frequencies. These blocks can cause serious physical health issues, depression, anger, anxiety and more. Some examples are sugar, alcohol and other drugs, both legal and illicit. Anything that controls our thoughts and behavior and that can contribute to a massive change in our internal environment (ecosystem or microbiome). Sugar is one of the worst! Don’t lie to yourself or don’t be fooled by what is legal. I have watched people change their entire lives by giving up and/or minimizing sugar intake. It is a dangerous drug and 90% of Americans are hooked!
Other potential blocks are friends/acquaintances who do not support your personal growth or who choose to vibrate at lower frequencies; are negative and destructive in their thoughts/actions. Who you surround yourself with is crucial to your success. As is forgiving them, letting go and moving on. Don’t waste time or energy focusing on who let you down and being outraged about how could they do such a thing! That simply lowers your own frequency. Another is social media and too much screen time. I am guilty as charged here. It is energy-draining and almost impossible to avoid judgment, another frequency-lowering emotion. There is no place in the successful person’s life for judging. (enter fun discussion about the life of the successful Judge…but that’s for another time…or the comment section!)
How do we use what has been said here to better ourselves and our lives? It is really about spending some time in solitude/quiet, getting to know who you are; what matters to you, what you want, where you want to be, what are you passionate about, what your beliefs are, both positive and negative (listen for specific words here), etc. When you have a strong sense of self and can articulate that out loud, then you can choose a path, a want that is in-line with who you are. It must be believable to you, so why not believe anything is possible? Act like you have it. Be grateful and ask…and keep doing these things. Create action steps that lead you to your goal. If you do this, you will achieve your goal. I have even known people who got there without knowing they were there. It wasn’t until someone else pointed it out to them!
Sometimes we all need help, though, and this is important to keep in mind. We all need teachers, guides, healers, counselors, etc. Ask and listen for answers. They will come. Remember the pebble in the pond? Each question is answered and comes back. Trust and ye shall receive!
