WHAT: 8 Class Series designed to create a solid foundation in Mindfulness-Based Meditation concepts and techniques. We will meet two times per week for one month as one time per week has proven to be less effective in successfully launching a Practice and/or integrating mindfulness into daily life.
WHY: Meditation and mindfulness have been proven to help with focus, concentration, better listening/comprehension, better resistance to stress, increased cardio-vascular, digestive health, better relationships and more.
WHEN: The Introduction to Meditation will be offered at different times throughout the year. The follow-up class, Integrated Meditation is an on-going class which helps bring about mindfulness to our daily lives, as well as increasing our self-awareness and exploration of life, purpose and more.
WHERE: The Meditation Classes will be offered at 763 State Rd in Plymouth. A second option is for you to host a class at your home or business. Please inquire for more details. INVESTMENT: The Introduction to Meditation Class is $99 for 8 sessions. Each session is approximately 90 minutes.
The class will be lead by Paul Gerst L.Ac. Paul is a Certified Meditation Instructor and has nearly 30 years of experience working in the health field, 20 as a licensed Acupuncturist and 15 years teaching classes to the general public and other health professionals.
